We, the Japan Gacha Gacha Association, are working to bring smiles to people around the world with the “power of Gacha Gacha.
“A country with Gacha Gacha is a peaceful place.” We want to make everyone in town smile.

“Association & Members’ Three Pledges”

1. We will love Gacha Gacha from the bottom of our hearts.
2. We will spread the joy of Gacha Gacha to everyone.
3. We will bring peace to the world through Gacha Gacha.

We propose that every February 17th be celebrated as “Gacha Gacha Day.”

On February 17, 1965, Penny Shokai (now Penii Company) was founded, marking the origin of Gacha Gacha in Japan.

It was the president of Penny King Company, Mr. L.O. Hardman, who contributed to the birth of capsule toys in Japan. If Penny Company had not introduced Gacha Gacha to Japan, today’s Gacha Gacha culture might not exist. Therefore, the founding date of Penny Company, February 17th, has been designated as “Gacha Gacha Day.”
